Quality Management System
Creation and implementation of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 began in 2006.
The main reason for the development and implementation of QMS in OOO NTP Truboprovod and AO IPN is to improve the quality of products and services, increase customers' satisfaction and, as a result, market share gain.
Development, implementation, support and continuous improvement of the quality management system (QMS), as per the requirements of ISO 9001, is provided by the quality management department.
- In November 2014, a re-certification audit was performed, as a result of which the certification body issued a decision on compliance of QMS with requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 and ISO 9001-2008, and QMS has received certificates with a validity period up to November 2017.
Quality of products and services is the main task for OOO NTP Truboprovod and AO IPN.
